Snap that with your phone.
I have had my phone in my hand for 21 days during the lockdown. Not for the reason you are thinking off. Yes, I do check my social channels, as I am sure you also do. I am part of Whatsapp and Facebook groups to share moments and a thought during each day. Amid all the news and COVID talk, it has been a daily challenge to look for an inspirational moment to capture with my phone.
I have a Samsung A20, nothing fancy. The camera is magic. It has been the first time in years that I have not had my big camera with a lens in my hand looking for a frame to snap. It is liberating.
The process started on day one when one of the members suggested we only post phone pictures of something beautiful in our environment every day to keep appreciating the beautiful moments.
This time has also pushed me to complete my photography course. The course will be on Phonography. Use your phone. If you have a smartphone and an internet connection, you have a business. You have control to photograph and film your products and service offers with your phone. Create stories and add a few punchy words. Sign up for a free Grammarly account, the writing application is super to use and will force you to write something and help you correct your writing.
Make it a part of your daily routine, to capture one picture a day with your phone. I use Snapseed to edit the photos. Snapseed is easy to use, with many editing options available.
I wish all of you good health and happy days. If you would like any tips or advice to improve your phone photography, feel free to mail me with any questions.
The course is almost ready. I will mail it to you for free once I have polished all the angles.
